If you are experiencing relational crises or transition then we highly recommend our 5 session package. We can cater them in a variety of ways, but 5 sessions really set us up for success to dive deep into what is currently causing hardship or challenge, create a shared vision, and make movement towards relational harmony and mutual understanding.

What you can expect:

First session: Lay of the land and future vision. We will sit and listen while we dive into your personal histories, past relational stories and individual upsets. Traditionally we use this session to listen and understand what is up for the both of you and what your most ideal vision is for your relationship moving forward.

Second & Third Session: Individual Concerns. Typically we use these sessions to meet with each of you individually. We really want a chance to dive into your own personal stories and current feelings as this has direct impact on the relationship. We want each of you to feel fully heard and understood by us before suggesting any sort of intervention, practice, or direct counseling.

Fourth & Fifth Session: Practice, Transformation and Integration. The last two sessions will be very impactful. Now that we have a foundation to work from the last few sessions, we can move into the transformational process of your relationship, practice new behavior or communicating, and guide you through how to integrate what you have learned into your relationship moving forward. These sessions will have you feel resourced for the path ahead, moving you towards the goals we defined in our initial session together.

The tune up. For those that have worked with us in the past then this package is the perfect chance to tune up past goals that you want to re-ignite or perhaps there is a new bump in the road that needs addressing. Whatever yours needs, we will structure our three sessions in a way so that you feel we can dive in and do some good work together in a short amount of time.

For those who want on-going relationship support then this is the best package catered towards steady relational growth. Let us be your guides that keep your vision on track, your hearts open, your feelings heard, and your relationship skills exercised in a very supportive and continuous container.
